Up/Downgrade your Service

You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time from the Client Area.

Want to upgrade your Storage?

VPS storage upgrade

If you upgrade your VPS storage space, please open a support ticket to have your VM disk resized.
Note: storage is not able to be downgraded once your upgrade has been processed.

Game Server Storage

Game Servers have unlimited storage on request. If you need more storage open a ticket on Discord or the Client Area.

  1. Log into our Billing Client Area.
  2. Click on the the Services tab.

  3. Select the service you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or change.

    Multiple Services with same Package?

    If you have multiple services with the same package, open up the individual services and find what Server Name was assigned when you originally ordered. Unfortunately, this field does not update with changes from the Game Panel.

  4. Select "Upgrade/Downgrade" from the left hand sidebar.

    If you do not see this button, you may have an exclusive package. However, all publicly listed plans should have an upgrade button.

  5. Select the package and cycle you wish to change to by pressing "Choose Product".

    You will see all available upgrade options from your Plan.

    Account Credit For Downgrading

    If your downgrading with remaining time on your current billing cycle, you can get account credit for the remaining time by opening a Billing Ticket.

  6. Pay the new invoice.

    If you lost the invoice or aren't sure where to find it, follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to the Client Area home.
    2. Click on the "Invoices" button on the top right of the page.
    3. Select the most recent unpaid invoice.
  7. Restart your server.
